Big or small, hosting a polo tournament requires planning, preparation, and a myriad of details. With the help of Amy Garrison of Newport Polo Club, Women’s International Polo Network has compiled a timeline and checklist of action items to help you produce a seamless event.

While this guide references USPA-sanctioned tournaments, it can be adapted for polo tournaments in any country.  From judges to umpires, and parking to photos, these checklist will get you started.
